Roberts Day led a master planning process that resulted in Williams Landing receiving Priority Development status.

Working with the Major Development Panel, re-zoning approvals were streamlined and development controls implemented.

Following the success of the re-zoning, Roberts Day led the process of concept master planning and plan approvals for the delivery of the first two neighbourhoods.
