
Roberts Day assisted the client in significantly leveraging the value of the largest remaining private landholding within the nationally acclaimed Subiaco redevelopment. Working with the client and the Subiaco Redevelopment Authority (SRA) from the initial acquisition stage, Roberts Day led the project team in a visioning process that included national benchmarking, study tours and an implementation strategy to deliver a market-leading mixed-use precinct.
Setting the project apart is an innovative public art foundation in partnership with University of Western Australia and a broad program of residential, business and leisure uses, which will ensure that Arcus becomes Subiaco’s most lively and desirable destination.
A catalyst project for elevating liveability in new projects, Arcus attracted a 25 per cent development bonus together with wide praise from the SRA and broader community.
